Reporting:
We issue monthly reports to all trustees via a direct link to WeConnectU - our management system of choice.
The monthly report includes a trial balance, debtors' report, creditors' report, and a statement of income and expenditure.
Over and above the monthly reports, our clients are welcome to request and or obtain additional reports whenever and as often as they wish via WeConnectU.
We also issue a management pack for all meetings, which not only includes the above reports but also any additional information that the trustees may require for their meetings.
Administration and Accounting:
All transactions are facilitated through trust accounts, opened in terms of Section 54 of the Property Practitioners Act 22 of 2019. The trust accounts are audited annually, and an annual Fidelity Fund Certificate is issued by the the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
In terms of the Sectional Title Schemes Management Act of 2011, all our clients - in addition to their own trust account - have their own reserve and maintenance reserve bank accounts. All funds, in excess of expenses incurred on a monthly basis, or as foreseeable, is invested into these accounts.
We believe that reliable and efficient administration with strict adherence to procedural and fiscal disciplines is absolutely essential and enables us to provide a quality service to our clients.
