As a unit owner and as a trustee, I have the utmost confidence in Intersect and have always been impressed by their active management style and attention to detail.

Intersect has shown that they have a firm hand on the financial controls, producing monthly management accounts as well as regular cash flow forecasts and budgets. Their reporting on this is clear and accurate.

In terms of maintenance of the scheme, Intersect ensures that all routine issues are attended to by their network of competent contractors.
