Preparation is key to ensuring a smooth holiday period from routine maintenance and emergency contact protocols to enhancing security measures.
This session addressed managing noise and disturbances caused by visitors or residents during the holidays and providing practical strategies for maintaining harmony within the scheme. Additionally, we explored how trustees can start preparing forward-thinking plans to implement effectively in the new year.
